How delivery is assessed
Delivery availability is assessed individually and may depend on the order date, quantity, destination and safe transport requirements. We do not promise delivery to every location — for buttercream cupcakes in particular, we prioritise travel windows and packaging that protect finish and freshness. Once you enquire, we confirm availability, pricing and the delivery window in writing before your order is finalised. There are no hidden fees.

Delivery is quoted individually based on postcode, order size and time-of-day. Fees are confirmed in writing before your order is finalised. There is no delivery surcharge hidden in product pricing.
Can large corporate orders be delivered?+
Yes. Corporate cupcake orders, awareness-day cupcakes and full dessert tables can be arranged for delivery. Please share your suburb, quantity and preferred window when enquiring.
How far in advance should I book delivery?+
Please allow at least seven days for standard orders, two weeks for custom designs, and four weeks for orders of 100+ pieces or full event dessert tables.
