Good to know
From my kitchen to yours.
Keep boxes level
Carry them flat and place them in a clear boot or footwell, not on a sloping seat.
Keep the car cool
Cool the car first in warm weather and keep boxes out of direct sun.
Drive gently
Secure boxes so they can't slide, and take corners and bumps carefully.
Be home for delivery
Someone must be available in the agreed window — orders aren't left unattended.
Venue delivery
May be arranged with an onsite contact and access or loading details confirmed in advance.
Where is pickup?
Pickup is free from my registered home-based studio in Redland Bay, QLD, by confirmed arrangement. The full address and collection instructions are sent once your order is confirmed — there is no shopfront or walk-in service.
Do you deliver to my suburb?
I deliver across the Redlands, and to Brisbane by arrangement. Delivery is $20 to the listed Redlands suburbs and $30 to the listed Logan and Beenleigh suburbs. If your suburb is not listed, get in touch with your address and I will provide a delivery quote.
Can someone else collect my order?
Yes. Let me know the name of the person collecting when your order is confirmed, and ask them to bring the order name or confirmation email with them.
Can you deliver directly to a venue?
Venue delivery may be available by arrangement. Send me the venue address, an onsite contact and any access or loading instructions so I can confirm the details.
What happens if no one is available to receive the order?
Someone needs to be present within the confirmed delivery window; orders are not left unattended. If delivery cannot be completed, I will contact you to arrange the next step in line with my terms.
