Lead times, minimums and how orders are booked.

Ordering

How much notice is required?+
We ask for a minimum of seven days for standard orders. Custom designs need at least two weeks, and orders of 100+ pieces typically need four weeks to allow for design, sourcing and production. See custom orders for the full process.
Is there a minimum order?+
Our minimum order is 12 cupcakes. Corporate, awareness-day and event orders have no upper limit and are quoted individually — explore our corporate cupcake options.
Can I place a last-minute order?+
Rush orders inside our standard lead times are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with your date, quantity and design brief and we will confirm what's possible.
How do custom-order requests work?+
Complete our custom order form with your event details, quantities, colours and inspiration images. You'll receive a tailored design proposal and quote, subject to availability. Bookings are secured with a deposit.

Design & Customisation

Can colours be matched?+

Can company logos be printed?+
Yes. We produce edible logo toppers for corporate cupcakes, product launches and awareness campaigns — see our corporate & events page. High-resolution PNG, SVG, PDF, AI or EPS files work best.
Can inspiration images be uploaded?+
Yes. Both the custom order form and corporate enquiry form accept multiple image uploads so we can understand your vision.
Can every cupcake have the same design?+
Absolutely. Uniform-design cupcake boxes are ideal for corporate gifting, product launches and awareness campaigns.
Can multiple designs be used in one order?+
Yes. Mixed-design boxes work beautifully for birthdays, baby showers and dessert tables. Design combinations are confirmed at the quoting stage.
