01 / Notice periods
Custom orders generally need at least two weeks' notice, and orders of 100 pieces or more are best submitted four weeks ahead. Detailed designs may require additional lead time, dates fill early and urgent requests are not guaranteed.

Custom pricing depends on product type, quantity, flavour, decorative complexity, edible images, individual packaging, delivery requirements, event access and turnaround time. Your quote is prepared after I review your request — nothing is final beforehand.

Dietary requests can be submitted for review. Not all products or designs are available in all dietary options. Common allergens are present in the preparation environment and cross-contact cannot be excluded unless formally verified otherwise.

01How much notice do you need?
Custom orders generally require a minimum of two weeks' notice where possible. Larger events (100+ pieces) are best booked at least four weeks in advance. Detailed custom designs may need extra lead time, dates fill early, and urgent requests can't be guaranteed. If your event is sooner, still get in touch — I'll always do my best where availability permits.
02Is there a minimum order?
Custom cupcakes start from one dozen, up to 300 pieces per event. Cake pops and cakesicles are available from six pieces. Minimum quantities may vary depending on the design and level of customisation.
03What flavours are available?
White Chocolate, Chocolate, White Choc/Raspberry, Caramel, Red Velvet, Cookies & Cream and Funfetti, with other flavours available upon request. Gluten-free cupcakes are available in White Chocolate, Chocolate and White Choc/Raspberry.
04Can I order a mix of products?
Absolutely. Many customers choose a combination of cupcakes, mini cupcakes, cake pops and cakesicles to create a beautiful dessert table. I'll help you build the perfect selection for your event.
05Do you match a theme or colour palette?
Yes. Share your palette, invitation or mood board and I'll design something that complements your celebration. Inspiration images are used as a guide — final designs are created in my own style using available materials and techniques.
06Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Dietary requests can be submitted for review. Not all products or designs are available in all dietary options. Common allergens are present in the preparation environment and cross-contact cannot be excluded, so please read my dietary information before ordering.
07How does pricing work?
Every custom order is individually quoted. Pricing depends on product type, quantity, flavour, decorative complexity, edible images, individual packaging, delivery requirements, event access and turnaround time. Your quote is prepared once I've reviewed your request.
08Do you offer delivery?
Local pickup is available from Redland Bay. Delivery to selected Redland Bay and Brisbane suburbs is available and is subject to confirmation — availability and fees are included in your personalised quote.
09When is my booking confirmed?
Submitting a request does not secure your booking. Your order is confirmed only once I've confirmed availability in writing and the required payment conditions have been completed.
10What happens after I submit my request?
You'll receive a reference number and a copy of your request by email. I'll review your date, design and product choices and reply within two business days with clarification questions, a quote or a proposed configuration.
