For a personalised buttercream cake, visit Custom Cakes and use the cake enquiry there. For custom cupcakes, mini cupcakes or a mixed sweet-treat request, use the cupcake enquiry on this page. Standard products can be purchased directly from my Shop; branded and business requests belong with Corporate & Events.
How much notice do you need, and what will it cost?
Everything is made to order. Notice depends on the design, quantity and my availability, so please enquire in advance. I quote each custom request individually around your requirements rather than promise a price or serving size before reviewing it.
Where can I collect, and do you deliver?
Pickup is by appointment in Redland Bay. I offer delivery throughout the Redlands, with Brisbane delivery by arrangement. Availability and delivery pricing are confirmed for your address.
Can I share inspiration or dietary requests?
Yes — share your colours, theme and reference images in the relevant enquiry. Images guide the style, not an exact replica. Dietary requests are reviewed individually; common allergens are present in my kitchen and cross-contact cannot be excluded. Please read my dietary and allergen information before ordering.
Does an enquiry secure my date?
No. An enquiry does not reserve a date or confirm an order. I will review availability and your requirements, then send your quote or next step. Your booking is confirmed only after the required payment has been received and cleared; I personally verify bank transfers.
