I specialise in round, tall buttercream cakes — single or multi-tier — drawing on more than seven years running a cake-decorating business, plus the years I spent decorating as a hobby beforehand. Fondant is generally reserved for smaller decorative details where appropriate rather than covering the whole cake.

Custom cakes may require additional notice depending on the design, size and my current order load. If your celebration is coming up soon, get in touch before ordering. I may be able to help depending on availability, but urgent orders are not guaranteed.

Every cake is quoted after I review the size, servings, design and requirements. Have an inspiration photo? Include it with your enquiry so I can understand the style, colours and details you love, rather than reproducing another decorator’s work exactly.
Pickup, delivery & dietary
Pickup is available from Redland Bay. I deliver throughout Brisbane, the Redlands and Gold Coast; set rates apply to selected Redlands and Logan/Beenleigh suburbs, with other areas quoted. Dietary options are reviewed individually.

01What styles of cake do you make?+
I specialise in round, tall buttercream celebration cakes — single or multi-tier. Fondant is generally reserved for smaller decorative details where appropriate; I do not use it as a full cake covering.
02How much notice do you need for a custom cake?+
Custom cakes may require additional notice depending on the design, size and my current order load. If your celebration is coming up soon, get in touch before ordering — I may be able to accommodate an urgent request depending on availability, but urgent work is not guaranteed.
03What flavours are available?+
Current flavours include White Chocolate, Chocolate, White Chocolate Raspberry, Caramel, Red Velvet, Cookies & Cream and Funfetti, with gluten-free options available. Have something else in mind? Add it to the custom flavour field in the enquiry and I'll let you know what's possible.
04Can you cater for dietary requirements?+
Gluten-free cakes are available. I'm unable to accommodate dairy-free or egg-free requirements. Common allergens are present in the preparation environment and cross-contact cannot be excluded, so please read my dietary information before enquiring.
05How much does a custom cake cost?+
Every custom cake is individually quoted. Pricing depends on size and servings, tiers, flavour, decorative complexity, toppers or fresh florals, delivery requirements and turnaround time. Share your budget in the enquiry and I'll design within it where possible.
06Do you deliver?+
Pickup is available from Redland Bay, and delivery is available throughout Brisbane, the Redlands and Gold Coast. Set rates apply only to selected Redlands and Logan/Beenleigh suburbs; other locations require a delivery quote.
07When is my booking confirmed?+
Submitting an enquiry does not reserve your date or confirm your order. I will review the design and requirements and provide a quote. Your booking is confirmed only after the required payment has been received and cleared.
08What happens after I submit my enquiry?+
You'll receive a reference number and a copy of your enquiry by email. I'll review your date, design, requirements and budget, then contact you with any questions or a quote.
