Awareness Cupcakes
Bold red-and-white cupcakes for Red Nose Day events and August fundraising morning teas at workplaces, schools and community groups. Hand-decorated to order in Redland Bay. I'm an independent home-based baker with no affiliation to the campaign, and no part of an order is a donation.

A deep, even red buttercream is one of the harder colours to make well — under-coloured it looks pink, over-coloured it tastes bitter. I build the colour slowly and rest it, then pair it with clean white piping and red accents so the whole box has punch without a single flat-red block.
If you're selling by the cupcake at a stall, I'd suggest individually boxed or well-separated cupcakes so they can be handed over cleanly, plus a few minis for children. Tell me if it's a stall and I'll pack accordingly.
Choose from my full cupcake menu: Vanilla, Chocolate (also available Gluten Free), Caramel, Red Velvet, Cookies & Cream and Funfetti. Additional flavours are available on request, and splitting an order across two or three flavours usually suits a shared table best.
Standard cupcakes come in boxes of 6, 12 or 24, or as larger sets for bigger events. Mini cupcakes stretch a headcount further.
Gluten Free is available across Vanilla and Chocolate. My home-based studio also handles gluten — please review my Dietary Information before ordering if anyone attending has a serious gluten intolerance.
Send through your date, headcount, event colours and any inspiration. I'll reply with a design proposal and quote, and orders are secured with a deposit once the design is approved. Every request includes a mandatory Dietary Acknowledgement.

Please allow a minimum of 3 business days for smaller orders. Larger or fully themed orders benefit from 2–4 weeks' notice, and awareness dates that fall in busy months book out earlier.
