  • Every piece is individually hand-piped or hand-decorated, making each order beautifully unique.
  • Colours are custom styled using your preferred colour palette where applicable.
  • Gluten-free cake flavours are available.
  • Handmade in my registered home-based bakery in Redland Bay, Queensland.

Warm, rich and packed with indulgent flavour, my Sticky Date Delight Cupcakes are inspired by the much-loved classic sticky date pudding.

Each cupcake begins with a beautifully moist sticky date cake, baked fresh to order and infused with the rich, caramel-like sweetness of premium dates. Hidden inside is a generous centre of smooth butterscotch filling that melts into every bite.

They're topped with a generous swirl of silky butterscotch buttercream before being drizzled with luscious butterscotch sauce and finished with an irresistible selection of premium toppings, including a Medjool date, crunchy honeycomb crumble, butterscotch fudge cubes, toasted pecans and a light dusting of cinnamon or edible gold shimmer for an elegant finish.

Pickup is available from Redland Bay, with local delivery available across the Redlands, Brisbane, Logan and the Gold Coast.

Absolutely! Simply adjust the quantity selector to choose how many boxes you'd like. For example, quantity 2 = 2 boxes of 12 (24 cupcakes), quantity 3 = 3 boxes of 12 (36 cupcakes), quantity 5 = 5 boxes of 12 (60 cupcakes). If you're ordering for a large event or would like a mix of flavours, simply submit a Custom Order enquiry and I'll be happy to help.
